Customer Survey 2024
Customer Survey forms were sent out on 31st March 2025 and reviewed on 30th April 2025.
58 Surveys were sent with 10 responses, which was much better than last year, we believe that this is because we drastically reduced the number of questions but we hope still covered all of the Key lines of Enquiry as needed to demonstrate our compliance with CQC.

1 | This question alone sums up the service, as it is reflective and so much more than a business. We are so grateful on a daily basis for what you provide. We recommend Gracious Care to anyone we feel would benefit, as it is such an amazing and incredible service. Gracious Care has given us the reassurance and care we needed for our dad. What they provide is invaluable and so supportive. All the carers genuinely care, they get to know our dad and their input into his life has made such a difference. He is happy, the flat is cleaned and he has food/lunch sorted for him. They get to know his likes and dislikes too. As a family, we are extremely grateful. We just want more families to benefit from this service and hopefully word will spread. With our heartfelt thanks and appreciation. |
2 | I believe Gracious Care do the best they can to help my Dad even with he’s outbursts and behaviour which are uncontrollable at times. I have the upmost respect for all the carers and management within Gracious Care |
3 | Our answer to all your questions is yes I/ we believe your company and staff are all fantastic. We feel our father Is valued as a person. The staff do all they can for him on each visit. It’s so nice the way they find time to talk to him and find they have things in common. . The staff all give 110% on each visit , they kind caring , thoughtful, honest and respectful of our Dad. We could not have a better care company looking after him most of all they allow us time to spend with dad. We can’t thank them enough for all they do. |

Summery
We are very please with the responses, we feel that our staff both in the office and in the field do provide an excellent service. We are committed to recruiting the best possible staff, we believe that our recruitment process is strong but where we feel that the new staff member is not working the Gracious Care way we let them go.
As we are dealing with customers whose care needs might vary, we apologise in advance if a call is late but please remember that on another occasion could be you who needs a carer to stay a little longer.
