This award goes to someone who shares the Gracious Care vision in dementia care and has demonstrated a deep understanding of care and support of those with advanced dementia. She supports not only the customer but also the family, ensuring that they understand the journey their loved one is on.

The  Directors Award this year is presented to a person who, despite not having the easiest of years, always comes to work with a smile on her face and always dooes the best for her customers. She's always ready to help and support both carers and the office team. She really deserves this recognition.

The unanimous decision of the office team and of her customers was that Candy is fully deserving of the title 'Gracious Care Carer of the Year 2023'

His Worshipful the Mayor, Councillor Mike Botting, was kind enough to come to our offices to present awards of appreciation to our staff

As we begin to emerge from the pandemic our staff decided to pay tribute to those we've all lost, acknowledge the work of the scientists, NHS and care workers everywhere, and celebrate the easing of the worst of the restrictions by tying this yellow ribbon in the park near our offices.
