At the centre of our end of life care is making sure your loved one is comfortable and living life as they choose during the final months or days of their life.

• Mindfulness and relaxation 
• Support for your family and loved ones

Our Care Team also work closely with other parties including doctors, nurses and social workers, to offer end of life care.
